Here are some common questions about working with us. If you have something else in mind, please get in touch.
Should I book a home survey or showroom appointment?
Either is a good starting point. A home survey helps us assess your property and the work required. A showroom appointment lets you explore appliances, materials and ideas with our team.
Do you offer supply and installation?
Yes. We offer a complete supply and installation service, helping you choose the right appliance and carrying out the installation. We do not install appliances purchased elsewhere.
Can you help with all aspects of the installation?
Yes. We can help with all your installation requirements, including the fireplace opening, chimney or flue, hearth, surround and finishing works. We assess what is needed for your project during the survey and include the agreed works in your quotation.
How soon will I receive my quotation?
We aim to provide your quotation within a day of your home survey. Every project is different, so your quotation will be tailored to your chosen appliance and the installation works required.
